Biografija

Ira Losco twieldet fil-31 ta' Lulju 1981 tas-Sliema, Malta. Bdiet il-karriera tagħha fl-1997 mal-grupp Tiara. Ħarġu d-diska "Teleport Me" għall-Green Label Collection CD u album bl-isem ta' Hi-Infidelity fl-2001, li kien jinkludi d-diska tal-aktar suċċess għalihom; "Basketball".

Tard fl-2001, Ira ħarġet ukoll album bl-isem; "Butterfly", b'diski bħal; "Summerbreeze" mad-DJ Malti J.Joy u "Butterfly" mal-kantant tar-rap Malti IQ, li hi cover version tal-kanzunetta kantanta minn Claudette Pace fil-festival Malta Song For Europe tal-1996.

Tiara infirdu ftit xhur wara li Ira Losco irrapreżentat lil Malta fl-Eurovision Song Contest 2002 li saret f'Tallinn. Hi ġiet it-tieni post bid-diska 7th Wonder. Fl-2003, intgħażlet biex tkanta d-diska "Reaching Higher", li kienet id-diska uffiċjali għall-għaxar edizzjoni tal-Logħob tal-pajjiżi ż-żgħar li saru Malta fl-2003.

Fid-19 t'April, 2004, Ira ħarġet l-album "Someone Else" li kien aktar fuq l-istil tagħha ta' pop-rock u rock alternattiv li kellha ma' Tiara. Fit-28 ta' Ġunju, 2004, Ira ħarġet it-tieni video mużikali tagħha (wara 7th Wonder) għad-diska "I'm in Love Again".

January 28 2005, the remix album of "Someone Else", named "Blends & Remixes of Someone Else" was released. It included remixes by Top DJ's including DJ Ruby, Miss Roberta & Joseph Armani to name just a few.

After winning more awards, more appearances on TV, more magazine covers, tours with top artists like Elton John, Katie Melua & Melanie C, she released the single of "Get Out" in Germany, and also released "Everyday" as a radio track in Malta.

Her third album named "Accident Prone" was released on November 16 2005. It included 9 brand new tracks, "Get Out", "Everyday" and a cover version of Lisa Miskovsky's "Driving One Of Your Cars". It topped the charts on the island. Out of the 9 tracks, "Everyday", "Get Out", "Don't Wanna Talk About It", "Driving One Of Your Cars", "Accident Prone", "Uh-Oh", and "Waking Up To The Light", were released as singles. All of them were a great success, receiving great airplay by local stations, particularly "Accident Prone" and "Uh-Oh".

Ira's latest album, was an unplugged album, including unplugged version of some of her tracks, 2 brand new tracks, a cover version of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time", another of Softcell's "Bedsitter", and another of The Cure's "Love Song". The interpretations are all acoustic rock versions.
