When creating a new user language template, please use the following (replace xx-# by language code and, if necessary, number):

<includeonly>[[Category:User xx|{{PAGENAME}}]][[Category:User xx-#|{{PAGENAME}}]]</includeonly><noinclude>[[Category:Template Babel]]</noinclude>

This places user pages (and not the templates themselves) in the user categories, but places the templates (and not the user pages) in Category:Template Babel. - dcljr 06:31, 24 Jannar 2006 (UTC)
